Citizen Schools office design features scalable conference rooms. A pair of adjacent conference rooms can be configured to function independently or together as one, thus creating room sizes: S,M,L,XL. Mobile furniture allows users to quickly arrange tables + chairs based on need. This flexibility is important to the diverse staff at Citizen Schools.

The two conference rooms are separated by manually operated, aluminum and glass garage doors. Either door can be open or shut, depending on need. Opening a door allows either room to capture corridor space and expand in size.

Finishes include cork floors, fabric walls, and custom cabinets. Technology includes integrated projector and speakers.
