Psoriasis Symptoms aren’t necessarily so simple to spot and diagnose. The affected regions are typically raised scaling and red. Lesions are oblong in shape and may be regarded as white and occasionally thick appearing such as oyster shells. These scales may peel and flake out. Affecting primarily the wrists, knees, buttocks and foundation of the trunk.

Plaque psoriasis may also impact the genital region and more prevalent in men than women. It may be awkward in sexual relationships but have to be understood it isn’t contagious.
