The launch of this exhibition coincided with the 2008 Boston Marathon. On display in the Johnson Building lobby of the Boston Public Library, a few steps away from the finish line on Boylston Street. The project features dramatic historical race photographs selected from the BPL Collections. This project was funded by John Hancock, principal sponsor of the beloved annual roadrace.
